Once creators upload content, you’ll have the chance to review, approve, or request edits directly in Vidovo.
How to Review Content
- Go to the Assets section of your campaign.
- Click the Review button next to the asset.
- From here, you’ll have two main options:
- Request Edits: Leave a clear comment describing exactly what should be revised.
- Approve Content: Approve the asset once you’re satisfied.
- (Optional) Download Before Approving: You can download content prior to approval if needed, but we recommend adding your team members directly into Vidovo for seamless collaboration.
After Approval
- Once content is approved, you can download it directly.
- When all assets for the campaign are complete and approved, click Mark as Complete in the top right corner to officially close out the campaign.
Best Practices
- Be Clear: If requesting edits, be specific about what needs to change to avoid multiple rounds of revision.
- Collaborate Inside Vidovo: Invite teammates into your account instead of downloading drafts for offline review — this keeps all feedback centralized.
- Close Out Campaigns: Marking a campaign complete keeps your dashboard organized and signals all deliverables are finalized.
Tip: Approve only when you’re fully satisfied. Once approved, the content is ready for download and use.
