Creators: How to Get Paid as a Creator

To receive your earnings as a creator: - Ensure you have connected your stripe account. - Navigate to the "Payouts" page in your account dashboard. - Review your available balance. - Request a payout by clicking the "Request Payout" button. - Follow the prompts to complete your payout request. Please note that payout processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and location. Payments are usually delivered within 2-5 business days. Note: Starting September 29, 2025, automatic payouts in USD will be initiated on the same day they’re expected to arrive for all your connected accounts in the United States. For example, if a payout is scheduled to land on a Wednesday, the payout will be created on that same day and the funds should be available before the end of the day - meaning there will be no significant wait time after request is processed. Payout Frequently Asked Questions How long until I get paid? Marketplace orders are instantly eligible for payout once marked as complete. For campaign payouts, they become available for request 14 days after the brand marks the campaign as completed. To ensure a fair delivery, payouts are available 14 days after a campaign has been completed to allow time to resolve any issues. I completed a campaign, but I still don't see a payment option If you have delivered everything on-time to the brand, this usually means the campaign has not been marked as completed. The first step is to communicate with the brand as to why the campaign has not been marked as completed. If you have completed the task and the brand still does not mark it as complete, please contact Vidovo customer support and we will resolve the issue. How do I change my payout information? If you need to update your payout information (via Stripe), follow these steps: 1. In your dashboard, click the settings icon at the top right. 2. Select Settings, which will redirect you to the business settings page. 3. Under the Business section on the left side, you’ll find options labeled External Payout and Scheduling (or sometimes Bank Account and Currencies). 4. Here, you can edit and save new payout details. Please note: Since Vidovo uses Stripe to manage payments, any changes will go through Stripe’s secure system. When you remove an account and add a new one, there is a 24-hour verification period for Stripe to securely remove the old information and verify the new account. Why did I receive less than the proposal amount? We take a 10% fee from creator earnings. We charge this fee on all orders to cover costs like payment processing, customer support, and marketing. These fees help us improve the platform, attract more clients, and keep things running smoothly—so creators get more opportunities long-term. It’s been longer than 7 days since I requested a payout and I still haven’t received it. What should I do? If it takes longer than 7 days, please open a support ticket or contact us via email or Discord. This usually means your Stripe account isn’t connected or you’re missing required information. - Make sure your Stripe account is connected before requesting a payout. - If your Stripe account isn’t connected, your request gets skipped over and will not process. You must open a support ticket to resolve it. - Even if you connect Stripe after making a payout request, you’ll still need to contact support to ensure the payout is processed. Payouts after request should never take longer than 7 days if everything is set up correctly.

Creators: Deadlines for Content Delivery and Approval

Timely content delivery and prompt approvals help keep collaborations running smoothly on Vidovo. Here’s what to keep in mind: - Content Delivery Deadline: Once you receive the product, please deliver your content within 7 business days. If the brand requests revisions, aim to complete them within 3 business days. If you anticipate delays, reach out to the brand as early as possible to discuss a potential extension. - Brand Approval Timeline: After you submit your content, brands are expected to review and approve it within 5 business days. If you haven’t received a response within this timeframe, feel free to contact Vidovo support, and we’ll assist in following up. Following these guidelines helps ensure a smooth workflow and builds trust between creators and brands. While we don’t currently have an on-time delivery rating system, we encourage all creators to stick to deadlines as closely as possible. Vidovo is also working on automating parts of this process to make it easier for everyone to stay on track.
